NissanConnect Nismo app for iPhone and iPad

"NissanConnect Nismo" is an application which connects to a vehicle data transmitter * via Bluetooth in order to display various types of information like speed or engine speed on the smartphone. It also enables you to measure lap time and analyze data of driving on tracks. It has three functions: Meters, Lap Timer and Data Logger.

* The vehicle data transmitter is an optional product. Only GT-R NISMO equips as standard equipment.

■Meters
It can display various types of vehicle information with a meter indication on your smartphone. It has a high level of visibility with a sophisticated graphic design.

Visible signals on your smartphone
- With a meter indication, it can display valuable information when sports driving or driving on tracks.
- It can display parameters only a car manufacturer can show, such as the steering angle, yaw rate, brake pedal force, and G force (lateral, longitudinal).

How to display meters
- You can select meter display in a Dial & Digital, Digital, Dial, Bar, or Graph form in accordance with condition such as normal driving or driving on tracks.

Warning display
- You can set warning values in accordance with your driving conditions.
- When each parameter goes over the warning value, the meter display color changes from white to red to give you a warning.

■Lap Timer
When you driving on the tracks, lap times is measured and displayed automatically after you drive over the start or finish line of a track.

It can be used major tracks
- You can use the automatic lap time measurement function of this application on major tracks, including world-class ones and short tracks.

■Data Logger
You can analyze your driving data on tracks by storing the data in the internal memory of your smartphone and showing them in a graphic form. You can also see your driving line on the map based on the positional information acquired from GPS.

Analyzable information
- You can show data on tracks such as vehicle speed, accelerator pedal position, brake pedal force, and steering angle in a graphic form and analyze them. These types of data are requested by many customers , and they are also useful for checking the conditions of moving vehicles.

Comparing several types of data
- Among the data stored in your smartphone, up to two rounds of data can be shown in graphic form simultaneously, so you can check the result of improving your driving technique or setting by comparing data on two laps.
- You can also analyze your driving from a variety of angles by selecting a maximum of two parameters shown in graphic form.
